You bought how many plants?

So he kind of noticed the 10 new plants I planted along the front walk way. (Our future hedge)

Sort of glanced at the four new fruit trees out back. Didn't even see the 10 vines that I need to plant today, two shrubs, rose bush, or double flower hibiscus (or hibiscut as Mya calls it.) He casually asked "So just how many plants did you get?? My answer was a shrug and a smile- I'm sure that is very comforting. (I think he'd rather the smile than the answer ---which is actually 36..)

We wont even discuss the two items still on back order..... Or the ones I am ordering in December....So we will either have our pacific paradise or a very full mulch heap.

Well, gotta go plant and work on my sweet farmers tan. :)
