Shopping and Eating.

Yep, that about sums up our four day weekend.
I hit the stores late Friday Morning after realizing: 1)There were no big "door buster" items I wanted. 2) I still wanted to view the left over carnage of rabid Black Friday shoppers.

I was NOT disappointed at Toys R Us.
Whoa was that place trashed! There were boxes, toys, people, carts, ads, and general mess everywhere! People were loading up tents and sleeping bags outside. (They actually camped out there?) I casually picked up a couple of things, helped a lady load 4 bicycles, smiled at a few grumpy strangers (probably more annoying than helpful), and headed home to pick up my herd and get some brunch.

Later Mom stopped by to drop off some potato salad, Ray went out Jeepin', and Miss played a serious round of Barbies.

A nice quiet simple kind of day.
