First things first, For any indoor project involving tools I must wear the proper uniform:

Next, I use specialized safety equipment like this platform (custom made from Dad's Wood Shop):

And Yes, that chair IS a proper ladder...

Last, have piles of misc. clutter everywhere. This insures tripping, stumbling, mild injuries, and the use of profanities throughout the project.
