Say AHHHHHHh

Today was the first ever dentist appointment for Little Miss.

I was so nervous , about the potential of her nervousness, that my nerves kept me up most of the night.

Alas! 10:30 came and there she was in a giant blue reclining chair, spit cloth draped.

First they did xrays- not a flinch. I think I even heard her giggle at something the tech told her before positioning the xray-thingy in her mouth.

Now the spinning brush, perfectly still and content.

The spit sucker- no problem- even kinda funny.

The whole time she was content and big-girl brave.

I can't tell you how hard I had to fight the urge to scoop her up and hug her and tell her how proud I am of her.

I resisted- hiding the super nerd Mom

that I really am.

Oh and NO CAVITIES! Woo HOO.
